These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cbdseoxperts.com and any SEO, link building, digital PR, local SEO, or related services (“Services”) provided by CBDSEOXperts (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating from I.T. Park, Dehradun, 248001, Uttarakhand, India and Wenrock Road, London, United Kingdom. By using this website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide digital marketing services for cannabinoid and related brands, including SEO strategy, content, link building, digital PR, listicle placements, and local SEO. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in the proposal, order form, or agreement you accept (“Engagement Terms”). If these Terms conflict with your Engagement Terms, the Engagement Terms prevail.

No Ranking Guarantees

Search engines and AI platforms change constantly and are outside our control. Except where a specific written warranty is included in your Engagement Terms (for example, a map-pack or placement warranty with defined remedies), we do not guarantee particular rankings, traffic levels, citations, or revenue outcomes. Historical results and case studies are illustrative, not promises.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access, approvals, and accurate information needed to deliver the Services.
  • Ensure your products, website, and marketing claims comply with the laws applicable to your business, including cannabinoid regulations in your markets (e.g. FDA/FTC in the US, FSA/ASA in the UK).
  • Pay invoices by their due date. Overdue accounts may result in paused work.

Payment & Termination

Fees, billing cadence, and any minimum term are defined in your Engagement Terms. Unless stated otherwise, retainers are billed monthly in advance and either party may end a month-to-month engagement with written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees for work already performed or placements already ordered are non-refundable except where a written warranty says otherwise.

Intellectual Property

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (content, reports, landing pages) are yours. We retain ownership of our methods, tools, templates, and know-how. You grant us a limited licence to access and modify your website and profiles solely to deliver the Services, and permission to reference anonymized results unless your Engagement Terms say otherwise.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. Client names are kept confidential where an NDA applies.

Third Parties

Link building and PR involve independent publishers and platforms we do not control. We verify placements at publication, but we are not responsible for later changes, removals, or policy decisions by third-party sites, search engines, or AI platforms, except as covered by a written warranty in your Engagement Terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website and Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your products, your regulatory compliance, or content and instructions you supply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction, except that engagements contracted through our UK office may instead specify the laws of England and Wales in the Engagement Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or Services after an update constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
