Khushboo has a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications, which she completed in 2020. She then worked in cannabis SEO, and in 2022 she founded CBDSEOXperts.

Khushboo leads every strategy call and reviews every free audit herself, with a written reply within 24 hours. The agency's clients include Exhale Wellness, BudPop and GoldenMonk.

She writes the research on the CBDSEOXperts blog, on link building, AI search, digital PR and cannabis SEO, and the agency's case studies are published under her name.
